Deleting Objects

Objects in edu-sharing can be deleted using the workspace or via WebDAV.

The recycle bin of the workspace provides a tool for restoring and permanently deleting objects.

Deleting single objects

Select the object you would like to delete in the content pane. Click / tap the button for the context menu

in the corresponding row and select "Delete".

The object is moved to the Recycle Bin where it can be restored or deleted permanently.

Deleting several objects in the repository

Select the desired object in the content pane. To do so check the boxes on the left side of the corresponding rows. To select all folder in the current folder check the box above the content pane. Use the “Delete” option in the context menu above the content pane.

Deleting Objects via WebDAV

Connect your computer or mobile device via WebDAV. Delete the object(s) according to your operating system.
