Entering and Changing the Preview Image

In the "General information" view, you have the option to set or adjust a preview image for the current object.
The preview image represents the object in the repository search. For graphic files, videos, OpenOffice, MS Office and PDF documents, a preview image is automatically created and displayed after the upload.
For all other file types, a placeholder image is displayed.

When saving new content, you will be automatically redirected to the corresponding screen.

To customize the existing preview image, open the context menu for the corresponding object and select the "Edit Info" option.

If you do not like the preview or if there is no preview for the selected file type, you can select and upload another preview image from your hard disk by clicking the "REPLACE IMAGE" button.

Press the "SAVE" button to complete the procedure.
